Anybody heard about the shooting near Rampart and Bienville which happened between 3 and 4 this morning? It woke me up, and sounded like some bullets hit my building and some cars. I was too frightened to investigate when it happened, and I saw no evidence of anything happening this morning. No sirens when it happened either. I haven't seen anything reported yet. Any info is greatly appreciated!
